Wear The Heart Rate Sensor
1.
Moisten the plastic electrode area on the reverse side of the strap.
2.
Secure the strap to your chest with the plastic electrode touching the skin on the front of the chest. Fasten and adjust the strap to fit snugly.
3.
Attach the heart rate sensor to the strap.
Note
Detach the sensor from the strap after every use and rinse the strap under running water. Keeping the electrodes wet with sweat and moisture will shorten the transmitter battery life.
Note
Wash the strap only in water below 40℃ and dry it in the shade. Do not use detergent and do not tumble dry.
