The OHCOAH HR Sensor uses a changeable battery (CR2032). The battery life is up to 12 months based on sensor usage of 1 hour per day.

The plastic electrode areas on the reverse side of the strap detect heart rate.
Note
Wash the strap only in water below 40℃ and dry it in the shade. Do not use detergent and do not tumble dry.
