Match Player and Device(Cell)
Option 1 (Group Matching)
1.
Go to Settings > Team > Players & Devices.
2.
Click the MANAGE DEVICES button.
3.
Click a player in the player list on the left and click the device you want to match from the device list. Matched pairs are added to the player-device list at the bottom.
4.
Click the device you want to match from the device list and click the MATCH button.
5.
Repeat this process for all players and devices you would like to match.
6.
Check that all players and devices are properly matched in the player-device list on the right and click the SAVE button.
7.
The player-device matches in the list are updated.
Option 2 (Individual Matching)
1.
Go to Settings > Team > Players & Devices.
2.
Select a player in the player list.
3.
The player’s profile will appear on the right.
4.
Click the tab under Assigned Device.
5.
Select the device you want to match.
6.
Click the SAVE button.
7.
The player-device matches in the list are updated.
Note
Make sure to check the serial number of the Cell to be matched for each player.
